Apical’s sample processing typically takes place on the next business day after we receive the samples. This leads to a 24–48 hour average turnaround time for the grower from the time we receive the sample.
It can be helpful for us to receive samples Monday through Thursday; we do not process samples on Saturday or Sunday.
Many of our customers work with professional agronomists or crop advisors to get the most value and actionable intelligence from each report. A competent agronomist will review your report and make recommendations based on the data and element ratios in each report and be able to explain what the report means in lay terms.
